We offer comprehensive event decor and planning services, including event design and theme conceptualization, venue selection and setup, decoration and floral arrangements, lighting and sound arrangements, catering coordination, vendor management, and event coordination and management.

To book our services, please visit www.favouredeventservices.com/booking to book us or you can contact us to discuss your event needs. Once we understand your requirements, we will provide a contract. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total service fee.

We accept payments through Paystack via bank transfer, mobile money, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.

The remaining balance of your total service fee is due 14 days before the event date. If the booking is made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following fees apply:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Deposit forfeited
  • 15-30 days before the event: 75% of the total service fee
  • 14 days or less before the event: 100% of the total service fee

Yes, changes can be made to your booking by submitting a request in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made by the Client will be issued.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for events during peak seasons.

Yes, we cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and more. Contact us to discuss your specific event needs.

Absolutely. We can assist you in selecting the perfect venue for your event based on your preferences, budget, and guest count.

We will need details about the event date, time, location, number of guests, and any specific themes or concepts you have in mind. Additionally, we will need access to the venue for setup and breakdown as agreed upon.

Yes, it is the Client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits and licenses required for the event.

Additional services can be requested and will be charged at the rates specified in the contract or as otherwise agreed upon.

We use our best efforts to ensure the quality and aesthetic appeal of our decor and planning services. We work with trusted vendors and employ a professional team to deliver exceptional service.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our Agreement will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Ghanaian law.
